SMS and Messaging Terms

These SMS and Messaging Terms govern text-message ("SMS") communications between you and Kashu, Inc. ("Kashu"). They supplement, and do not replace, our other terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Kashu, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kashu at that number, including messages sent using automated systems. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number you provide.
2. Types of Messages
Messages may include account and security alerts, verification codes, transaction and status notifications, onboarding and support messages, and, where you have opted in, marketing and promotional messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Kashu is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
5. Opting Out and Help
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below. Note that opting out of non-essential messages may not stop certain service or security messages necessary to operate your account.
6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
We handle information collected in connection with messaging in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell the content of your messages.
