An MRP refers businesses onto Kashu Pay and earns a share of the net residuals Kashu keeps on those merchants' processing. Unlike a one-time referral bonus, residuals pay every month a merchant stays active, so your income compounds as your portfolio grows.
02How are my residuals calculated?+
You earn your tier's percentage of the net residuals on each active merchant, after interchange, network fees, assessments, and sponsor-bank costs. Tier 2 partners earn 25%, Tier 1 partners earn 50%, and Tier 0 is custom for larger portfolios. Your exact split is confirmed in your partner agreement.
03When and how do I get paid?+
Residuals are paid monthly, 45 days in arrears, straight to your linked bank account, once you clear a $500 minimum payout. Every statement itemizes the volume and residual behind each merchant.
04Do I have to be an ISO already?+
No. Established ISOs and agents are welcome and often start at a custom tier, but anyone with merchant relationships can apply and start at Tier 2. There's no book requirement to begin.
05What is the 10% override?+
If you recruit another partner into your downline, you earn a 10% override on the residuals they produce, on top of your own. It's a way to build a team and grow your income without giving up any of what you earn directly.
06What kind of merchants qualify?+
Most businesses that accept card or ACH payments are a fit for Kashu Pay. Each merchant goes through standard underwriting when they apply, and you can track their status live in your partner portal.
