Consent to Electronic Communications

This Electronic Communications Consent ("E-SIGN Consent") describes how Kashu, Inc. ("Kashu") delivers records and communications to you electronically and applies to your use of any Kashu product or service.
1. Your Consent
By creating an account, enrolling in, or using any Kashu product or service, you consent to receive all communications, agreements, documents, notices, disclosures, receipts, statements, and other records (collectively, "Communications") from Kashu in electronic form, and you agree that electronic delivery has the same legal effect as if the Communications were provided in paper form.
2. Scope
This consent applies to all Communications relating to your use of Kashu products and services, including the Kashu Wallet, Kashu Pay, and Kashu Studio, and to Communications from Kashu's partners provided through Kashu where applicable.
3. How We Provide Communications
We may provide Communications by posting them within the product, sending them to the email address associated with your account, or making them available for download. It is your responsibility to review Communications promptly.
4. System Requirements
To access and retain Communications, you will need: a current web browser and internet connection; a valid email address; the ability to view and print or save HTML and PDF documents; and sufficient storage or a printer to keep copies. If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you will not be able to access Communications, we will notify you.
5. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Communication by contacting us at the address below. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies unless charging a fee is prohibited by law.
6. Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting us. Withdrawal is effective only after we have a reasonable period to process it. Because electronic delivery is integral to our services, withdrawing your consent may limit or end your ability to use some or all Kashu products and services.
7. Keeping Your Information Current
You are responsible for keeping your email address and contact information current. You may update your information within the product or by contacting us.
